We're building a community that connects food lovers with talented home cooks. These terms explain our mutual responsibilities in making this community work.

This is a legally binding agreement between you and LetsChop (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't accept these terms, please don't use LetsChop.

The Basics

LetsChop is a platform where people can share and discover homemade meals. We provide the tools to make this happen safely and efficiently, but the actual food preparation and arrangements are between you and other users.

For Food Lovers

When ordering food through LetsChop:

• •Show up at agreed pickup times
• •Communicate clearly about any issues
• •Provide honest feedback
• •Report any serious concerns to us
• •Be respectful of cooks' time and effort
• •Understand that cooks are not professional food services

For Cooks

When offering food through LetsChop:

• •Prepare food safely and hygienically
• •Describe your dishes accurately
• •Set clear prices and portion sizes
• •Honor your commitments
• •Communicate promptly about any changes
• •Disclose all ingredients that may cause allergic reactions
• •Follow all applicable local food safety regulations
• •Keep your cooking area clean and sanitary

Content Ownership and Licenses

When you share content on LetsChop (like photos, recipes, or reviews):

• •You retain ownership of your content
• •You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
• •We may feature your content in promotional materials
• •You confirm that your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights
• •We can remove any content that violates our policies

Our Role

We maintain the platform and help resolve issues, but we're not directly involved in transactions between users. We:

• •Provide the platform and tools
• •Process payments securely
• •Help resolve disputes fairly
• •Maintain community standards
• •Keep improving the service

We are not responsible for the quality of food, interactions between users, or any damages that might occur during transactions. We provide the platform, but the actual exchange of food and money is between users.

Location Services

LetsChop uses location information to connect you with cooks and meals in your neighborhood:

• •You can opt out of automatic location updates at any time
• •You can manually set your location to any area you choose
• •Location data may be used to improve our matching algorithms

Payments and Fees

How payments work on our platform:

Ratings and Reputation

Limitations of Liability
