  • This license continues even if you stop using our services, for content that has been shared with others who have not deleted it
  • When you delete content, it is no longer visible to other users, but it may persist in our backups for a limited time
  • We may use, display, or feature particularly appealing content in our promotional materials (we'll seek additional permission for major campaigns)

International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in Nigeria, the United States or other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. By using LetsChop, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.

Business Transfers

If LetsChop is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This includes both personal information and user-generated content you've shared on the platform. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
